They are the central interface between customers, field staff and production, and their organisational skills and expertise ensure that every order is carried out smoothly.
Phone rings. E-mail pops up. Order comes in. And in the middle of it all: our back office. What at first glance looks like ordinary everyday office work is in fact a highly complex interaction of the most diverse tasks and requirements. Our back office is much more than just an interface – it is the hub connecting almost all areas of our company.
Be it work scheduling, purchasing, production, warehouse, dispatch, management, field service or customers – the back office is in contact with everyone. Every day and always with a smile. Competent. Friendly. Solution-orientated.
Creating quotes, precisely logging orders and arranging deliveries – whether by freight forwarder or parcel service. Customs clearance and invoicing are also part of the daily business.
